To access Wincanton systems and perform your contractual role with Wincanton you will need to update to a valid Wincanton credential (digital identity). Failure to update to your new credential will result in limited access to Wincanton systems.

We require you to provide your date of birth and national identity number so we can verify you are a current Wincanton colleague and create you a valid Wincanton credential.

Once we have verified you are a current Wincanton colleague you will be provided with your Wincanton credential and directed to http://myapps.microsoft.com? where you'll need to register for a self-service password reset.

One option available for password reset is to answer some general security questions. To make this option less easy for others to guess, it is recommended when answering general security questions that your answers aren't?true, your fictional answers just need to be something that you will remember.

The personal data you provide as a part of this process will be held securely until you leave Wincanton and it is removed as a part of the Leaver Process.

*Digital identity is provided by ThirdSpace, Wincanton will not share your personal data with ThirdSpace unless we are required to raise a ticket on their support portal on your behalf if you encounter an issue with the service. This data will be retained by ThirdSpace for up to 4 years.
